What’s a vehicle wrap?

Vehicle wraps are made of high-performance, full-color UV laminated vinyl sheets that come in a variety of styles and finishes. The adhesive-backed vinyl sheets are custom designed, printed, sized and cut for wraps that may cover anything from the full vehicle to small areas and accents. Wraps may be printed with fully custom graphics containing images, colors, photos and/or branding.

How do I prepare my vehicle for a wrap installation?

Your vehicle must be prepped for your custom vehicle wrap installation. All dirt and other contaminants must be removed from the exterior so that your wrap can be applied properly without doing any damage to the original coat of paint. Will a vehicle wrap damage the paint on my vehicle?

Your vehicle wrap will be properly and professionally installed by our team of experts, which great care and effort will be made to ensure that there will be no harm to your vehicle’s original paint job. The wrap will also help protect your vehicle’s paint job from the elements! However, a bad install or bad removal can definitely cause damage. This is why we always recommend that your wraps are done by reputable experts.

Will a vehicle wrap protect my vehicle?

Yes, your vehicle wrap will help protect the original coat of paint on your vehicle. Although to the extent that it will is dependent upon the quality of the material that you choose.

What if I want to remove my vehicle wrap?

How do I care for my vehicle wrap?

Proper care involves keeping the surface of the vehicle free of dirt and contaminants that can cause damage or stains to your vehicle wrap. We highly recommend frequent hand washing and waxing for the wrap. Avoid automatic car washes and pressure washers.

Can you repair my damaged vehicle wrap?

Our solution depends on the extent of the damage to your vehicle wrap. Since every wrap is custom, the design, size and style of the wrap as well as the location of the damaged area in question varies, and we have to make an assessment and recommendations on a case-by-case basis. In some instances, we can replace or patch a panel of the film, and in others the entire wrap may need replacement.

Can I get a vehicle wrap for unpainted or primed vehicles or body components?

No, unfortunately primed and unpainted vehicles and body components don’t have the surface texture for proper adhesion of the vinyl sheets.

Are vehicle wraps street legal?

Yes, and we stay on top of any pending local issues or legislation. We will not make a recommendation for a vehicle wrap that is not street legal. There are certain films designed for special purposes such as off-road use only.
